Orders are handled on business days between 8 am and 8 pm. If necessary, you can reach us at +420 731 168 449 outside regular business hours. For quicker communication, use our order form. Make sure to specify a contact person with whom we can discuss the details of your order.

confidentiality

All theBESTtranslation’s employees and subcontractors are bound to maintain any facts and information they learn during their work as well as any materials provided by the client strictly confidential.

cancellation policy

If you cancel a previously confirmed translation, proofreading, transcription or DTP order, your will be charged the actual portion of work that has been completed. The cancellation fee for interpreting depends on the size of your order and the number of days between the cancellation date and the first date on which interpreting was supposed to have been provided. Cancellations have to be made in writing.

complaints

You are entitled to complain about the quality of provided services within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, the service is deemed to be without defects. Complaints have to be filed in writing with the reasons specified.
